There was no Blue Collar Prepping yesterday for a very good reason: I traveled out of town to be by the side of a dear friend dying of cancer. This was the last time I'd ever get to see her, and so I was there to say my goodbyes and to comfort her husband.

I make no apologies for missing Monday. Some things are more important than blog posts.

He's definitely going to need help getting back on his feet and figuring out the rest of his life once his wife passes.
